American Ant Supply complies with all relevant state and federal laws. 

To protect your environment, please:

• Do not distribute the ants to anyone.
• Do not release the ants outdoors.

If you wish to dispose of the ants, place them in plastic bags and do one of the following:

• Immerse them in 10% Clorox solution for 8 hours
• Pour rubbing alcohol into the plastic bag and wait one hour
• Place the ants in the bag in the freezer for 8 hours and
• Microwave them for 1 minute prior to disposal.
